Warren RV Storage in Warren, Mich., has partnered with goHomePort to provide onsite maintenance services to its self-storage customers who are storing RVs, commercial trailers, food trucks and other vehicles. The all-new goHomePort RV Service and Repairs at 6900 E. 14 Mile Road, offers four service bays and a repair shop.
As part of the new offering, RV owners can also request valet service from their storage space to a service bay. In addition to standard maintenance and repairs, services include battery-system upgrades, camper-van modifications, and the installation of solar panels, hitches or towing systems. goHomePort can also help RV owners rent out their vehicles and obtain insurance, the release stated.
“Feedback from our new customers has been overwhelmingly positive. Many of them store onsite and are excited to be able to receive service when otherwise they might be waiting weeks or months to get in somewhere else,” said Mike Low, operations manager for the storage facility.
Warren RV Storage provides open, covered and enclosed vehicle storage. Amenities include dump and wash stations, air and water services, and electrical hook-ups.
Launched in 2020, goHomePort operates six locations in Colorado, Michigan and Missouri. The company plans to open additional shops in California, Kansas and Texas this year. Its divisions include goHomePort Storage, a provider of boat and RV storage, and goHomePort Rentals, which offers an RV-rental management program.
