A request to construct an unattended RV and boat storage facility was received by the City of Ripon’s Department of Planning and Economic Development.
The proposed project is listed at 821 S. Acacia Ave., which is zoned for Light Industrial.
Plans for the RV and boat storage facility would be on a 21,454 square feet parcel located on South Acacia Avenue, adjacent to Doak Boulevard.
According to the project description, this project would consist of a newly paved parking area with “wheel stops, tubular steel fencing / gate” and various landscaping.
The application is scheduled to go before the Ripon Planning Commission at the October meeting for review.
