Inside Self-Storage (ISS) will soon be participating as a sponsor in the Toy Storage Nation’s full-day workshop focused on the topic of boat and RV storage. The Dec. 6 event will be hosted at the Tempe Mission Palms Resort in Tempe, Arizona. It’s designed to provide developers, investors, operators and owners with education to help them succeed in the boat/RV-storage industry. ISS will be present to answer questions about its magazine, website, annual Las Vegas expo and other offerings. Attendees can also pick up free publications and marketing giveaways.
Starting at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 6 p.m., the workshop will touch on all areas of boat and RV storage including design and development, construction, financing, legal issues, marketing, management, security, technology and more. It includes table-top exhibits, time to network with industry experts, lunch, a cocktail hour and an in-person tour of Happy Wife RV, Boat & Trailer Storage in Mesa, Arizona.
“This industry is exploding with opportunities for anyone interested in creating their own profitable niche in RV and boat storage,” said TSN President Amy Bix. “Very few areas in the nation are equipped to meet the growing storage demand for [recreation] vehicles. This is the only workshop in the nation designed to help attendees identify where to build and how to design the most suitable site to maximize investment.”
The cost to attend the event is $1,395 per person. Registration is available through the TSN website. A special hotel-room rate is also being offered.
