Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of 9905 Acme Dairy Road, a self-storage development site in Boynton Beach, Fla. Its $6-million price tag included zoning and permits for a 130,000-square-foot building, space for RV parking, as well as parcel and MUPD site work.
Shadowbrook Development plans to break ground within three months; the project consists of 42 uncovered parking spaces and 575 units across 77,475 net rentable square feet.
Jeff Herrmann and Sean Delaney, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Self-Storage Division, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Florida limited liability company, and procured the buyer, Shadowbrook Development, LLC.
