Thanks to an eager group of RV and boat storage attendees, along with the expertise of speakers and vendors, the TSN Phoenix Workshop closed out with a bang at the Tempe Mission Palms on Friday, Dec. 6, 2025.
Among the highlights of the day was the featured field trip to a nearby Class A facility, Happy Wife Storage in Mesa. During the site visit, Baja Construction’s Aric Nissen and Mark Dirato pointed out the most desirable features in the canopy construction design.
Back from the trip, attendees enjoyed a sumptuous lunch while savoring the many presentations of the day covering all the basics of RV and boat storage development, investing, owning and operating.
